This is a non-oil based, hands-on method of working with restrictions in the fascial system that impede range of motion, put pressure on pain sensitive structures such as nerves, keep us operating in a freeze/flight/fight pattern of daily living, etc. Opening up our restricted fascia helps ease come into the body on micro or macro levels.
