Healthcare workers, emergency service workers, education and childcare personnel and individuals age 65+ are invited to register for a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the College of the Redwoods Eureka Campus gymnasium at 7351 Tompkins Hill Rd, Eureka, CA 95501. For a map of the campus, please click here. Signage will direct you on-site as well. Please be aware: no photos will be permitted at the clinic site. If you received the Moderna vaccine, please do not register for this clinic. Please use the Additional Appointment Request form below to request a Moderna second dose appointment.
In order to be vaccinated at this clinic, each person must register in advance individually using the link below. (Links are specific to clinic dates.) The link will collect the required registration information and will allow to select your appointment time. Please do not share this link. Abiding by these guidelines helps ensure that we can get vaccine to our highest risk settings before moving onto other groups. Please be aware that there may be legal consequences to falsifying one’s employment and/or risk category to receive a vaccine for which one is not yet eligible. COVID-19 vaccine cannot be offered to those under 18 years of age at this time.

If this is your first dose appointment, please expect to receive your second invitation approximately 5 to 7 days prior to your second dose clinic date. A second dose invitation can be sent no sooner than 5 to 7 days before the clinic date. You will need to register for your second dose clinic as well.
