Valley peeps,

I gave up on Frontier over 3 months ago and went with 101Netlink. They
pretty much cover the valley now. I am still arguing with Frontier over
my refund for the partial month I didn't have Frontier. I am
experiencing some of the same pain in the you know what trying to deal
with Customer Service in India that will do everything they can to
prevent you from speaking with a supervisor who, when I got thru to one,
was an anglo. On the back of my paper bill (yeah, I'm Old School) is
this: Billing and service complaints may be submitted to the California
Public Utilities Commission, Consumer Affairs Branch
www.cpuc.ca.gov/complaints or 800.649.7570 or 505 Van Ness Ave, Room
2003, SF, CA 94102. I didn't break up the address, Frontier did. It figures!

I would think an email bomb followed by a telephone bomb would get their
attention to your plight.

Did I mention that I kept my two 629-numbers and my two Frontier email
address?

Just sayin'
