I have created a non dispatch ticket, ticket number 2144118. This means a tech will work to resolve the issue remotely. You will receive a follow up phone call to verify the service is back online correctly when the order has been worked. We give the technicians at least two days to look into the issue.
How about 1-800-921-8101 and select the correct prompts to Technical Support."
