We have not forgotten that we are trying to solve a problem here with the "reply" option possibilities on the Google Group website.

Thanks to the many of you who have let us know what's happening for you, whether it is having the problem or sailing smoothly through the response process in any direction you wish.

Minds more adept than mine at parsing the internet and its operating programs are considering the data. Seth wrote that he feels that the biggest help will likely come when Google addresses our issue, and he will be able to prod them, perhaps, as his holiday stretch draws to a close. 

We will keep you posted as to any progress and/or suggestions of adjustments you can make, if and when we get them!
