What services and facilities are key to Mattapoisett's future? Are there buildings or town-owned spaces that need improvements?

The Town Hall is in need of something. It needs to have continued planning to determine what is most affordable way to update/replace/repair.

small "pocket" recreation areas in various parts of town would be nice, when the time comes.
