Food for thought
Did you know it takes over 637,000 pounds of food each year to feed all the animals at the Detroit Zoo, big and small?! As a non-profit responsible for the care and welfare of more than 3,300 animals, we rely on charitable gifts to support our mission of Celebrating and Saving Wildlife. Donations of any amount to the Detroit Zoo Fund help with this effort. After all, we have a lot of mouths to feed! |
