TAUCS and gcc for windows

Has anyone tried to build TAUCS under gcc for windows such as MinGW? I
just wondering how to build it since I understand there is no \MT on
gcc.

Just use ATLAS from my site. I have compiled TAUCS under cygwin, well
also with mingw -mno-cygwin. Mingw comes actually with cygwin as well.

Basically you need then sh and make and if they function, then it should
work. So you should not use configure.bat but rather the sh script
configure.
