Why does my script halt unexpectantly? (+Loading issues) [Automatminer]

Hello

I've been using automatminer for a while and have had two issues lately

1) The script will halt unexpectedly during the fitting process with the last line reading "28 operators have been imported by TPOT." the rest of the script is not completed and none of the outputs are saved

2) I get a lot of spam about a pickle warning with "joblib" and how it should be imported directly

What could be causing this?
