Merged in bits from the 'other' bundle

Hi All,

I've merged in some of the bits of the other matlab bundle[1]. You can
currently only find the merged version on GitHub[2]. I'm intending to
keep it like that for a while, until I know it's fairly stable. Please
feel free to fork it and improve on what's there. For help ask here,
or on the TextMate users list.

Notable features include:

* Separate syntax definitions for Matlab / Octave (I'm still not
sure that this is a good idea, but nevermind!)
* Lots of useful commands, like ↩ in comment, ⌅ in declaration,
build matrix etc.
* My symbols list code (functions are shown in the symbols list).

I haven't managed to contact Thomas Kjosmoen, as I can't find an email
address, so for now I'm assuming I haven't breached any licenses.
