how do i transfer the following code to matlab (note: code given is
ascl)
LOGICAL XX
Constant PI = 3.14159, TS = 0.3, TH = 0.8
X=T-ZOH(T,0.,0.,TH)
XX=(X.LE.TS)
TW=RSW(XX,X,0.0)
ACT=BOUND(0.,1.0,2*TW)
