The next meeting of the Math Trek Triangle group is Tuesday, February 8th, 10-11:30am at the Raleigh Airport Observation Deck.
The topic of the meeting: Circles in circles, triangles on triangles!
We will explore how similar shapes can come together to create new shapes or complex patterns. And how this idea is used in engineering, design, and calculus.
This is open for everybody, and free. Teens do come, and their parents don't need to stay.
Bring your camera! Dress for the weather, bring a snack and a drink.
