1 billion = 1000000 thousand.

$77 billion = 77000000 thousand $.

1 $ = 67 Rs

    $ 77 billion = 5159000000 thousand Rs.

If money counter mission counts one thousand Rs note in one second, than .......

5159000000 sec = 59710.64 days.

convert days to year

59710.64 days = 163.5 years...............

Divide this by 10

16.36 years = 16 years 3 month and 6days.

This calculation says that if one person starts to count Bill Gates money in indian 1000 Rs note with a money counter mission day and night with out interval.............It  takes 163 years and 5 month.

If 10 people with money counter mission starts to count it ( in indian 1000 rupee note) takes
16 years 3 month and 6days.to count Bill Gates property valuation.

We cont imagine the simple maths.
