Most of Teachers face problem while upgrading (for example 12.04 to 14.04) and also updating due to non availability of Internet. This document will help these teacher to update and upgrade off line. The link clearly explains downloading packages and files from Internet available machine and then transfer those files to a desired non Internet system and update it. This information solve updating and upgrading issues faced by teachers due to non availability of Internet.
