How to make your font look bigger than usual. Go to settings

Dear all,
I have made many requests as to keep your font size a little bigger than the normal. But none of you seem to take it to consideration though the problem is severe to others who have vision problem like myself. Actually the email text is small by default and through setting the right size, we can render the font size permanently, a one time change. 

This is how it is done. 
Please go to settings of your email account. Look at the 'default text style' option. Click on the Font size button (the second one). You can even change the color of the text. Scroll down the settings page, and click on "save changes" option. Now come out of the settings page,  compose a new email, and see that the font size is large. This size looks optimum.
