Looks good.  I think we should keep the non-members ticket price at £CBA :)

I like the poster. We should definately print these in colour. I think we should put both prices on-I think people would be curious to how much it will be and we have alot of members now. Also the Radisson hotel should be included on as I think this is a good selling point. Also we could include the time. I will bring all the info along with the hoodie orders on monday. What time did we agree on meeting?

Also writing limited dinner tickets can have a good effect, making people want to get theirs early. Also shall we include a standard after-dinner ticket price on there aswell? - Or are we having non-member/member prices for this ticket? Something to think about which we can discuss on Monday.

Hey guys,
Since I have missed the meeting today (I didn't get the message that
it was postponed on time, so I assumed that it was canceled), I will
write what I wanted to tell you here.

The idea is to make a mathematical competition just after the end of
the lectures for all the students at our university (voluntary ofc;)
). I guess that if we do it with the School we should get some
important sponsors and thus some prizes to attract people.

What do you think about it?

Michal

Aslong as it was structured and well thought out I think it would be really good. Something different. Would take alot of consideration beforehand though about prizes/what sponsors you want involved/talking to the maths school/how it would be delivered etc etc

Sure. That's why I think that it will be the best for us to meet
before actually doing something. Then we will be able to start
preparations next week;)

Hi,

We already have the TeachFirst competition. We have the TeachFirst
skills session, the pubcrawl, general interest lectures and hoodies to
sort out out. Also the ball should be our main priority. We may need a
bake sale to raise futher money if we're going to have wine on the
tables. We can discuss this in the next meeting. In the mean time can
you update our website with our upcoming events?

Hey everyone.  Someone else is doing a bake sale on Tuesday of next week, so is probably best we do it a different day.  What other days suit people?
