Just emailed a few people, Caves said NO, Ponana said they would give free entry if we got there before 1:30. No one else has replied...

what can we do??... 1am is such an awkward time to finish if we want to go else where but at the same time, it seems too early to just end

the night... Thoughts??

We should definately have something organised, plus we've advertised on fb it will end at 3pm. The closer to the Radisson the better. I dont know where Ponana is...is it close to the hotel? Is it any good on a Friday? Somewhere on George St would be good (east end, close by) especially since everyone will be dressed nicely.

Cab vol speakeasy sounds good, its very close aswell its worth a shot.

We must be able to find something on George St though. Can we get VIP in WhyNot? or somewhere else?

Also how many people are you telling them to expect? I would say at most 65/100 would stay on.

Yeah supposedly we will get the back of cab vol(need to check which parts exactly).

I told them it's for 100-150, and we need to pay £3 per person.

Will probably ring them again tomorrow, or if anyone wants to go in and speak to them I'll go too.

But it is being held for us just now.

And I think Fridays are indie nights at cab vol?

Hey just to say from now on could people please be there to sell tickets at the times we agreed in the meeting and was written in the minutes as well?  If you realise you can't make it at the very least let us know...

Its really hard to gauge how many people will turn up on the night, as it depends whether people are really enjoying themselves and want to keep partying. If they know the afterparty is at cab vol and wont cost them anything then I guess this will be quite popular. I'd guess around 100 people. What do other people reckon? I cant make it tomorrow, but please find out when they will want paying (this should be on the night when we know how many to pay for!).
