"Saint-Petersburg is not only one of the greatest cities of the world -
it is also the cradle of Russian science. Such great names of the world
science as Euler, Chebyshev, Lyapunov, Markov, Mendeleev and Pavlov are
tightly connected with it. The clinking tension of the Saint-Petersburg
spiritual life can be still felt, and you may have a rare chance to
empathize this feeling as well as the mysterious charm of my city."
Georgy Shevlyakov,
Chairman of the ICORS 2013 Organizing Committee
