installing math piper on (old macbook) , Java available

Hallo all,

Laptop with mathpiper not anymore available

Download mahtpiper without Java, because latest Java in already active

Installed Jedit (and got it working) ;-)

Thus how to handle this situation to get mathpiper running?

Peter,

Open a terminal, change into the mathpiperide directory, and type the following command:

sh unix_run.sh

Let me know if this doesn't work.

it works, the IDE starts.
