I just pushed commit d53e2211 to Bitbucket, and it contains changes to
the testing system. By default, the testing system did not test
documentation examples that were specified in "in_prompts" folds, but
now it does. Aside from these tests now being included in
"mathpiper_tests.log", the format of this log file has been changed by
removing unneeded blank lines and "=======..." separators.
