Use your File manager, and delete anything in your home folder,
including the desktop that looks like mathmap
Look in your ~/.gimp-2.6 folder as well
Then probably with a console, go to the gimp plugin folder and delete
mathmap, ypou will probably need sudo to do that.
That should do it
You didn't say how you installed Mathmap, was it via a deb package? If
so use your package manage to "Complete remove" mathmap

I'm not sure what you mean by "MathMap console". You should be able
to get a "regular" MathMap window (with filter editor and composer) by
selecting Filters->Generic->MathMap->MathMap.
