Why is this happening? and not rendering my Maths :( there is some more Mathmenu.js error, failed to load.

You will need to give us more information about your setup before we can tell you anything.  Can you post a link to a page that is having this problem?  If not, can you give your MathJax configuration and the script call that you use to load Mathjax?
