I am a novice to MathJax and impressed by its math equation rendering quality. I am developing a software in .net which displays MCQ math equations (on .net web browser component). Can you please tell me how can I use Latex coding to display professionally formatted eqautions (not in bitmap image format or Flash, but selectable font format) in my OFFLINE MULTILINGUAL application?

MathJax is free software and it's easy to include a copy within your app.
Does your .net app render into a browser / web view which can run javascript?  If yes, it should work.
If not but you have some way to execute javascript code, you can still run mathjax with SVG output.
(If it renders HTML + CSS but no JS you might also use 2.6's CommonHTML output.)
