Hi,

I'm trying to write \mu symbol but with normal font (not in
italics). There are packages textcomp and upgreek for this purpose and
commands \textmu, \upmu but neither of them works in MathJax. Can I
add one of these packages somehow? Or is there any other prefered way
how to accomplish my task?

Thank you!

The MathJax fonts don't include an upright mu, only the italic one
from the CM fonts. You can use the \unciode command to attempt to
request one from the fonts on the user's computer via

\unicode[serif]{x03BC}

for example. You can provide a list of fonts (separated by commas) in
the brackets. This relies on the needed fonts being available on the
user's system, but is really the only way to get characters that
aren't in the MathJax web-based fonts.
