Hello
I want to use 'chemfig' with MathJax. Can you please help me to use 'chemfig' with MathJax? I don't know how to use it with MathJax.

Chemfig is not supported right now and there are no plans to support it (unless somebody volunteers).
While MathJax can be extended, Chemfig depends on tikz which probably makes it very hard to implement a direct clone.
You might have better luck searching for graphical javascript-library for chemical structures such as chemdoodle
