Hi,

I developed a pastebin for math last night. It is called
MathB.in. To use it, please visit: http://mathb.in/

As you can see in the footer of the page, LaTeX rendering is
powered by MathJax, so I thought this forum might be a good
place to let you know about it. For MathJax users, this could be
a useful place to try out LaTeX + HTML code snippets and see how
MathJax renders mathematical text on the browser. For others,
this could just be a pastebin for mathematical text.

I hope you find it useful. In case you have any suggestions,
please feel free to email me.

Thanks for the pointer and for sharing your work. It looks very
nice. I have added it to our MathJax in Use page.

Hi,

I am glad to tell you that MathB.in <http://mathb.in> is now
open source. The source code can now be found on GitHub
<https://github.com/susam/mathb>.

Suggestions and bug reports are welcome.

Thanks,
Susam Pal

I’m sad to see that MathB.in doesn’t seem to be actively hosted any more. It was a very handy way to reflect math stuff back to platforms hard-wired so as not to support MathJax.

I see that domain does forward to the susam/MathCask project on GitHub which I haven’t forked nor uncorked yet. But likely the source code for what used to run on MathB.in back in the day.

Looking for a suitable place to poke out a somewhat humorous representation of 42. I think this TeX code is correct, though for some reason it’s failing in my local LaTeX renderer for macOS.

$$  \prod_{i=1}^4 \frac{p_{i}}{5} = 42 $$

Perhaps the funniest way to express the funniest of all integers.  ;-)
