I don't really know about tikiwiki, but for a general approach you might want to take a look at

Please let us know if you have any problems and where you are stuck. If tikiwiki has some ways to create plugin or if the authors want to integrate a MathJax option in their system, the MathJax team could also help them to provide such a feature.
