A concise non-confidential update on ESLC Symbol Foundry13, the notation/semantic subsystem of Equational Self Learning Code Language for AI 13.

v0.5 adds:

• six new explicitly PROPOSED design-equation seeds.

The implementation currently passes 43/43 local tests.
