The African Research & Education community cloud landscape is rapidly changing as RRENs and NRENs look for alternative modes of application service delivery. Most NRENs have ventured into on-premise open source cloud solutions while other NRENs use public hosted providers.
Africa Connect3 seeks to develop an inter-operable and collaborative cloud e-infrastructure as a fundamental component for open science.
In this webinar, we discuss the cloud landscape, trends and experiences from the community. The webinar is open to all members from African Regional/National Research and Education Networks, CTOs, CEOs, Cloud specialists and Interested R&E community members.
