- Conception of Research Projects in the Areas of Early Childhood Education
- Writing of a dissertation
- Independent publication activities
- Active participation in international conferences
- Cooperation in the organization of conferences, Workshops and congresses
- Supervision of students and co-supervision of academic theses
- Self-reliant implementation of teaching courses according to the collective-contract framework
Your Profile- Master in Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy (focus on Early Childhood Education desirable)
- Knowledge of empirical-scientific research (desirable)
- Research experience in the field of Early Childhood Education
- Very good knowledge to methods of empirical social research
- Confidence in the use of statistical methods and computer programs for the analysis of quantitative and qualitative empirical data (e.g. SPSS, MAXQDA) (desirable)
- Didactic qualification
- Excellent (scientific) German and English, both written and spoken
- Showing initiative and reliability; readness to committed participation in the academic organization of the institute
- Willingness to cooperate as well as capacity for Teamwork and organizational skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.007,20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
