I’m excited to share some good news: I recently received a grant from the Roy J. Carver Foundation to support new research in the Advanced Traces of Learning Lab at the University of Iowa!
The funded work will further our research on neurodiversity and AI use and on multimodal cognition and affect tracking in educational contexts. I’m very grateful for this support and excited for what’s ahead.
We also have an open postdoctoral researcher post for the project. I'm eager to collaborate with a motivated scholar with expertise in computational and sensor-based research in education. The position will involve contributing to research at the intersection of cognition, affect, and emerging technologies, engaging in study implementation, data analysis, tool design, and/or collaborative writing and grant development.
