Exciting news! I'm hiring! The Center for Inclusive Teaching & Learning (CITL) at Bates College is expanding, and we are looking for an Assistant Director to fill a brand-new role on our team.
This Assistant Director will play a key part in designing and facilitating professional development programming that supports inclusive pedagogy, advising, and student success across the institution. Please share this out widely! The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative professional who is deeply committed to equity and inclusion and is excited to build new initiatives and programs with me and Wells Castonguay. I know I'm biased, but I think we are a pretty great and fun team!
