I am delighted to share two PhD positions on the Teachers' Professional Journeys (TPJ) project.

This research explores the lived experiences of teachers across their first decade in the profession and aims to inform national policy and practice in meaningful ways. It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a mixed-methods longitudinal study and to work with a supportive and experienced research team.
