The submission deadline for the 2026 AERA Annual Meeting is just 4 days away! We encourage you to complete and finalize your paper or session submissions as soon as possible.
The meeting will take place in person in Los Angeles, California, from Wednesday, April 8, to Sunday, April 12, 2026.
We hope the 2026 Annual Meeting—"Unforgetting Histories and Imagining Futures: Constructing a New Vision for Education Research"—is already marked as a must-attend on your calendar. We are excited to gather in a vibrant, diverse city that offers an ideal setting for meaningful connection, collaboration, and inspiration.
This is your opportunity to share your scholarship on the world’s largest stage for education research, engage with leading thinkers across disciplines, and contribute to shaping the future of our field.
We welcome submissions from across the full spectrum of education research, as well as from aligned fields and disciplines. Please note that submissions to Divisions, SIGs, or Committees do not need to align with the Annual Meeting theme.
