regarding wrong question

sir ,one question i.e(question .14)in online test of linear algebra given worng question sir.u give in the question x+y+alphaz=beta instead of x+4y+alphaz=beta.sir if we use x+y+alphaz=beta we getting wrong answer.but when we use x+4y+alphaz=beta.iam getting alpha=6;beta not equal to 20.this is the right answer sir.so please check once sir this is right answer or not.
