Hi, everyone!
I have one question. Recently, I've found picture:

How can I do this picture in Mathematica?

Mathematics task: You have the range of point (X, Y, Z, SIGMA), where
X, Y, Z is coordinates of points and SIGMA is colour of point (not
size like in BubleChart3D[]).

Can anybody help me?
