New README, new releases, mathbox.org

Hey all,

Chris Chudzicki and I have published a few releases to NPM in the past months, and I've just realized this AM that I've never alerted the list to any of them!

The current version is 2.3.1: https://npmjs.com/package/mathbox

The README is now up to date with instructions on how to get started via CDN or via NPM: https://github.com/unconed/mathbox

I've updated the Github Releases page with the relevant changelog entries for this and all past releases: https://github.com/unconed/mathbox/releases

I've also published all of the MathBox demos to https://mathbox.org.

We've been pushing ahead with this work for the sake of MathBox proper, but also in support of

- MathBox-react, a set of React bindings for MathBox: https://github.com/christopherChudzicki/mathbox-react

- MathBox.cljs, a ClojureScript wrapper around MathBox-react: https://github.com/mentat-collective/mathbox.cljs
