let's move to the new groups

Maybe it is time to start all new threads on the pretext-*
groups?

All of you should have been subscribed (or sent an invitation)
to the announcement and support groups. Some of you also
received invitations to the development group (but not everyone
because google started making it more cumbersome to add a
hundred people to multiple groups.)

Please check out the groups, and if you subscribe then be sure
to confirm that you are receiving messages the way you wish
(all emails, daily digest, etc).

Thanks, David. I think it *is* time!

I just moved the "remark" discussion to "-dev".

I also made the mathbook-xml-support welcome message, well, less welcoming. But
definitely inviting.

I'll fix link off website later today.
