Hmmm, something seems very wrong. There isn't even a xs/swig directory.
It should be looking in xs/ and in swig/
I don't think our new system of choosing between the different
versions of the files has
been trying on Windows systems.
Can you create a github issue with details about your setup?

There doesn't seem to be a version of these files for gsl-1.15 (which is the
verison of gsl that I have).
I don't know whether that could have any bearing on the problem.

That is most probably the issue.
We have a new build system which chooses, when somebody compiles Math::GSL,
between different versions of the bindings for different versions of GSL. When
I created the latest CPAN modules, I had GSL 1.14, so it only generated
bindings from 1.11 to 1.14. I will install GSL 1.15 and generate a new release.

When that release is announced, I'll give it another try, and see how it
goes.
