Dear Sir/Expert,

We doing spherical tank (Sphere) constructions at our current projects at India, our constructions code ASME Section - Vİİİ Div-2,

Materials thickness 45mm, As per constructions requirements materials shall be simulated PWHT(3-Cycle pwht),

Design temp -34deg. C

My queries,

1. Why simulations PWHT(3-cycle) materials is required for constructions

2. Before PWHT how many times repair will be permits.

3. After PHWT how many times repair will be permits

4. After PWHT if repair will be observed on that times after attain the repair works what is the requirements of PWHT.
