Dear Experts,

Does anyone have welder performance record format. If so, could you kindly share it with me. I would like to use it to monitor welder performance and present the data to the client.

QW 451.1 takes about the qualification range limit and the tensile and bend tests requirement , working with a tests coupon of 38mm , is it okey to do root and face bend tests as opposed to side bend tests ?

Dear Team,

Sorry team, I think you have miss understood the question I have asked. Actually, I need a Welder performance record instead of a Welder performance qualification or a welder Continuity record.

WELDER PERFORMANCE RECORD is a document which is used to monitor the NDT results pass or fail percentage for each welder as per the project requirement which is even good to keep as a permanent record.

As per your requirement attached, the Welder Performance Record is used to track NDT results, including pass/fail percentages, for each welder based on project specifications. Hopefully this will serve your purpose.
