Vacuum box testing - API650 shop fabricated tanks

Dear Experts,

   We have are fabricating CS and SS chemical dosing tanks fabricated at our shop, details are as follows. my question is do we need to perform vacuum box testing for bottom plate, as per API 650 mentions vacuum box testing for bottom plate weld. Kindly advise your opinion for the testing of bottom plate weld joints.

1. Design Code- API650

2. Pressure - ATM max 1 bar

3. Material SS 316,ASTM A516 Gr.70

4. Size - Max . 3 Mtr X 3 Mtr X 10 mm
