Radiography can be done After Hydrotest

Dear All,

 Radiography  can be done after Hydrotest. What's the limitation of  ASME B-31.3.

Before Hydrotest all Radiography can be completed. ASME -B-31.3 Code reference ?

Your advice is highly appreciated with code reference ASME B-31.3.

Yes, you can do. provided your graphs should have within limited indications as per acceptance table. 

In case any one weld goes repair hydro test shall be done.

As per ASME B 31.3 ,clause 345  "Prior to initial operation, and after completion of the applicable examinations required by para. 341, each piping system shall be tested to ensure tightness. The test
shall be a hydrostatic leak test in accordance with para. 345.4 except as provided herein."

Here clause 341 calls for NDT and Visual examination. 

Hope its clear now that hydrotest shall be after NDT but if client accepts than sequence can be reversed.

as per ASME 31.3 , we are completed RT repair next move hydro test what my question "how to start the leak test process what kind of document i submitted to client then should be arrange water lab test report to through client , further i need for reference of diagram , procedure and test report sample document.' so please anybody provided your copy for guidelines and help me.
