API 650 radiography requirements

API 650 standard for spot/full radiography- could anyone please  help to advise the RT %

Section 8, Para 8.1.2.3 for Horizontal butt joint, & para 8.1.2.9 for Bottom annular butt joint.

RT ratio according to API-650, it's very clear at section 8, para 8.1.2.2.
