Corrosion allowance for TEMA heat Exchangers

Hi friends,

Can anyone let me know why there is no consideration of Corrosion allowance for CS parts according to TEMA clause RCB 1.516 thru 1.518 pls.

e.g if you specify CA 3.0 mm for a 2.0 mm tube , will it work effectively?
