I wanted to know the below following consumables for welding P5 & P9 type of materials.

 

1. SAW PROCESS
2. GMAW PROCESS
3. GTAW PROCESS
4. SMAW PROCESS

Dear Shiv Kumar,

 

You can go for the following consumable with "BOHLER" brand for welding P5 (X12CrMo5) and P9 (X12CrMo9-1)

according to the various processes. I think that you are the authorised dealer of Bohler welding consumables in

Bahrain.

 

1. SMAW process = E8018-B6 = Bohler Fox CM 5 Kb

2. GTAW process = ER80S-B6 = Bohler CM 5-IG

3. GMAW process = ER80S-B6 = Bohler CM 5-IG

4. SAW process = F8PZ-EB6-B6 = Bohler CM 5-UP/BB24
