Gas and welding rod compatibility

Dear Experts,

The rod and gas we use in our project are СВ08Г2С (russian norm) and M21(%80 Ar + %20 CO2) . We have a lot of porosity and spatter problem. Could you give an advise better than this gas and rod combination?
Materials : C345-5,C255-4,09Г2С-15

You can use Э-50А,УОНИИ13/55,РБУ-5,ЦУ-5 rod and kindly check the gas purity.
