IWE course through transition route

Dear experts,
I would like to do IWE certification through transition route as i am unable to take a break of 5 months for the transition route. I have 12 years experiance as welding engineer and i passed out engineering in 2006.

Pl share info of any anb arranging IWE through transition route anywhere in the world.

It is not allowed as the Transition Eligibility Criteria must be completed on or before 3rd January 2011

Kindly note you may not get eligibility for Transition route since you passed out in 2006.
