Difference between ISO level III and ASNT level III personnel

Dear Sir,

I would like to know what is the difference between ISO level III and ASNT Level III personal.As per client  recommendation ASNT level III personnel is authorised for interpretation of PAUT.In this case,Is ISO level III authorised for interpretation of PAUT ?

Please advise us.
