Information about the Welding Method ?

Hi Dear Experts 

It is a part of the equipment you see in the image, we could not find a suitable welding method for it. Can you share with me a suitable welding method using your previous experience? The welding method is not suitable in this state. Please, I need you to explain by drawing.
